POLYADDIT ANTIBLOCK 05005 ICP by Plastiblends is an anti-blocking masterbatch carried in a PP (polypropylene) resin. It creates an even micro-rough surface that reduces direct contact between adjacent film layers of polymers (metallocene catalysts and BOPP) that otherwise tend to adhere to each other which in turn can prevent their easy movement. This facilitates easier roll handing. Eliminates film blockage and sheet blockage. Easily de-nests thermoformed cups, glasses and trays. It is machinable and easily unwinds. POLYADDIT ANTIBLOCK 05005 ICP shows no effect on product color and transparency. Applications include cast films and PP (polypropylene) sheets.
