POLYADDIT ANTIBLOCK 04001

Anti-blocking masterbatch carried in a PE (polyethylene) resin. It creates an even micro-rough surface that reduces direct contact between adjacent film layers of polymers (LDPE, LLDPE, metallocene catalysts and PE) that otherwise tend to adhere to each other which in turn can prevent their easy movement. This facilitates easier roll handing. Eliminates film blockage and sheet blockage. Easily de-nests thermoformed cups, glasses and trays. It is machinable and easily unwinds. Shows no effect on product color and transparency. Applications include blown PE (polyethylene) films and PP (polypropylene) sheets.
