POLYADDIT ANTIBLOCK 01062 by Plastiblends is Anti-blocking masterbatch carried in a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin. POLYADDIT ANTIBLOCK 01062 creates an even micro-rough surface that reduces direct contact between adjacent film layers of polymers (metallocene catalysts and PET) that otherwise tend to adhere to each other which in turn can prevent their easy movement. This facilitates easier roll handing. Creates an even micro-rough surface and facilitates easier roll handling. Eliminates film blockage and sheet blockage. Easily de-nests thermoformed cups, glasses and trays. It is machinable and easily unwinds. Shows no effect on product color and transparency. Used in extrusion and thermoforming. Applications include PP (polypropylene) sheets and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sheets.
