POLYADDIT ANTIBLOCK 01007 by Plastiblends is magnesium hydrosilicate. Acts as an anti-blocking masterbatch carried in a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin. It creates an even micro-rough surface that reduces direct contact between adjacent layers of film or sheets of PET and metallocene catalysts that otherwise tend to adhere to each other which in turn can prevent their easy movement. This facilitates easier roll handing. Eliminates film blockage and sheet blockage. Easily de-nests thermoformed cups, glasses and trays. POLYADDIT ANTIBLOCK 01007 is machinable and easily unwinds. Shows no effect on product color and transparency. Used in extrusion, PP (polypropylene) sheets and PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sheets.
