Rokester® 1600 by PCC Rokita is a highly efficient, specialised aliphatic-aromatic polyester polyol which is used in PUR/PIR foams.
- It is used mainly as a polyol component in the production of one-component foams(OCF).
- It possesses very low reactivity and relatively low hydroxyl value it is possible to increase significantly the content of this polyol in a formulation.
- It significantly improves the flame-retardant properties of the foam and allows to obtain the B2-classification.
- It can also be used in a mixture with more reactive polyester polyols.
- It is fully miscible with chlorinated paraffins 45 and 52.
- Rokester® 1600 carries the possibility to increase the content in the formulation of one-component foam in selected formulations as it allows to obtain a significantly higher efficiency of the foam in the can.
