ROFLAM B7V by PCC Rokita is a halogen-, phenol- & solvent-free phosphor flame retardant. It is a phosphate-based monomer which exhibits low dynamic viscosity and has very good compatibility with many raw materials.
  • It is used in elastomers, highly filled polyurethane plastics, epoxy resins, vinyl ester resins and unsaturated polyester resins.
  • It allows low emission of VOC compounds and no release of toxic chemicals during combustion.
  • It has the possibility to apply in formulations containing amine catalysts & offers viscosity reduction of highly filled systems.
  • It maintains good physical- & mechanical parameters of finished materials, extending the time of maintaining the functional properties of structural elements during a fire.
  • It shows synergy effect with mineral powder flame-retardants.
  • ROFLAM B7V also increases component homogeneity and material processing capabilities.
  • It is used in the plastics industry as a substance reducing combustibility, especially in polyurethanes.
  • It meets the requirements for flammability in construction (interior finishing, sound insulation), automotives (car seats) and furniture industry (mattresses, sofas, armchairs, pillows and upholstered goods).
