Einar® 987

Einar® 987 by Palsgaard is a non toxic anti-fouling agent for polyolefins. It is plant-based, food-grade polymerization additive.

• It eliminates static build-up during polymerization and prevents fouling of the reactor wall, thus helping PP and PE producers maintain the cooling efficiency of the reactor.
• It provides high anti-fouling efficiency at low dosage (100-300 ppm) without any negative effects on catalyst mileage, productivity or final polymer performance.
• It has controlled reactor temperature and sustained reactor efficiency that ensures continuous production & consistent product quality. It is ideal drop-in solution for existing dosing systems.
• It is highly applicable for global implementation and eliminates concerns in sensitive applications such as medical devices.
• It is safe to use and contains no health hazards.
• The product offers a drop in regulatory compliant solution to replace incumbent ethoxylated amines and can also be used as a more efficient alternative to sorbitan monooleates.
• It is manufactured from vegetable oils in accordance with EU regulations and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP, EC no 2023/2006).
