Omyafilm™ 707

Omyafilm™ 707 by Omya is a finely ground, specially surface-coated, high purity calcium carbonate for high performance packaging. It has controlled particle size distribution. The high-quality grinding- and treatment technologies provides superior dispersion of Omyafilm™ 707 within the polymer matrix.

• It shows an increase in stress cracking resistance.
• It allows reduction of overall cycle time in the blow molding production process as the cooling time is reduced.
• It exhibits dimensional stability with reduced wall thickness and drop impact resistance.
• It is recommended for polyolefin applications.
• The dosage level of the grade for final HDPE blow-molded articles is 5 to 30%.
