PVC Internal Lubricant TL-60

It is based on neutral dicarboxylic acid ester of saturated fatty alcohols. Acts as an internal lubricant. It is a white or slight yellow debris or free-flowing powder, odorless. It can not be dissolved in water but dissolved in tributyl phosphate (TBP) and trichloromethane. Used in rigid PVC, it is highly compatible all-round lubricant also suitable for other additives. It is applicable to many kinds of processing conditions. Can promote plasticization of melt, improve impact strength and surface gloss. It can be widely used in transparent sheets, granules, window profiles, sections, sheets and pipes.
