PVC External Lubricant TL-74

PVC External Lubricant TL-74 by Novista is a high molecular, multi-functional fatty acid esters (complex ester). Acts as a PVC external lubricant. It is white or slight yellow debris free-flowing powder, odorless. Offers improvement of non-tackiness, good release properties, good efficiency as a mold releasing agent with paste processing and also improved flowability. It can also reduce balancing torque and improve surface gloss. It can not be dissolved in water but dissolved in tributyl phosphate (TBP) and trichloromethane. PVC External Lubricant TL-74 is suitable for processing rigid/soft PVC granules, transparent sheets, planks, shrink film and calendered film. Dosage: It is about 0.3-0.8 PHR (transparent) or 0.3-1.2(opaque), under special cases the amount can be increased.
