MBS Impact Modifier MIP-730

Tercopolymer of methyl methacrylate(M), butadiene(B), styrene(S). Acts as a impact modifier. Offers PVC products with high impact resistance, high transparency, good processability, reduced gelation time and less crease-whitening. It is a free-flowing powder with dust free mixing, fast fusion contributes to higher-output. Its higher impact efficiency allows dosage of MBS and gives cost-savings in formulation. Possesses excellent impact/clarity balance with a broad processing window. It is mainly used in the process of rigid PVC. Enhances the impact properties of PVC blow-molded containers, injection molded parts, calendered sheet tubing, PVC film, sheet material, granular material, tubing for indoor use, pipe fittings.
