MBS Impact Modifier MIP-564

Tercopolymer of methyl methacrylate(M), butadiene(B), styrene(S). Acts as impact modifier. Provides opaque PVC products with high impact resistance, good processability and reduced gelation time. It is a white amorphous powder with excellent chemical stability and thermoplasticity. Its fast fusion contributes to higher-output. Higher impact efficiency allows dosage of MBS and gives cost-savings in formulation. Enhances the impact properties of PVC blow-molded containers, injection molded parts, calendered sheet tubing, profile shapes and pipe fittings.
