Trigonox® 21-C50 by Nouryon is an initiator (50% active ingredient in odorless mineral spirits) for bulk and suspension (co)polymerization polymerization of (meth)acrylates and ethylene in the temperature range of 65-100°C. It can be used for the suspension polymerization of styrene at approximately 90°C. It is used in combination with initiators such as tert-butyl peroxybenzoate (Trigonox® C). Trigonox® 21-C50 is used for curing of unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester and acrylic thermosetting resins in the temperature range of 100-140°C. It is suitable for pultrusion, hot press molding applications, CIPP, BMC, SMC, molding compounds and cured-in-place pipe systems. The shelf life of this product is 3 months.
