Armoquell® FR930

Armoquell® FR930 by Nouryon is a non-aromatic, non-blooming, brominated flame retardant for polypropylene, also applicable in polyethylene and polystyrene. It possesses excellent thermal stability (5% weight loss at 316°C), so no decomposition during processing, which minimizes discoloration and corrosion to processing equipment. Armoquell® FR930 shows good retention of flame retardancy upon aging and has minimal effects on the processing properties of the polymer, when incorporated in an adequately stabilized formulation. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. It is listed in TSCA.
