Armid® HT Pastilles by Nouryon is hydrogenated oleamide. Used as antiblocking and slip agent. Possesses high thermal and oxidative stability. Reduces friction between the polymer and the processing equipment and also between polymer to polymer surfaces. Exhibits very good flow behavior. Offers high purity, very low water content and low color compared to other stearamides. It is also used for applications, in articles for indirect food contact and articles to carry drinking water. Armid® HT Pastilles can also be used as cell-size regulator in PE foam production.
