PolarTherm™ Boron Nitride Powder -PT371 by Momentive is a boron nitride grade. Acts as a conductive filler. It is of high purity containing single-crystal hexagonal platelets. It is lubricious, inert, chemically stable and non-wetting. Offers high temperature stability and outstanding thermal conduction. Provides unique combination of thermal, electrical and mechanical properties. Compatible with epoxy, epoxide resins, thermoset polyurethane resins and other thermosets. Can be used as gap-fillers and underfills. Recommended for molding and potting compounds as well as printed circuit boards, laminates.
