Millad® NX® 8000K

Millad® NX® 8000K by Milliken is a clarifying agent designed for clear polypropylene. It allows polypropylene to approach the look of high clarity plastics like polystyrene and polycarbonate. This additive offers improved appearance, attractive shelf appeal, cleaner look and better quality. It shows improved plate-out performance in EBM or TF, due to increased solubility of and higher affinity for PP. Millad® NX® 8000K displays consistent optical performance with broad variation in extrusion and processing temperatures and speeds. It delivers reduced cooling and cycle time from lower molding temperatures and higher Tc. This additive shows improved productivity and energy savings from reduced processing temperatures.
