POLYBATCH® UVK 92 by LyondellBasell is an UV-stabilizer masterbatch. It is a polymeric steric hindered amine. The presence of opacifying pigments such as titanium dioxide, carbon black and most inorganic pigments have a positive effect on outdoor stability when combined with UV stabilizer. It is compatible with LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE. POLYBATCH® UVK 92 is recommended for use cast films applications. It is used in transparent and opaque LDPE-films, tapes and white films because of its low tendency to pinking and yellowing. It is FDA recognized.
