POLYBATCH® AO 25 by LyondellBasell is an antioxidant masterbatch for the thermal stabilization of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE and EVA. The processing method includes cast film, double bubble film, pipe extrusion as well as blow molding extrusion.
- It should be added during the extrusion process where high temperatures or long residence times cause degradation, crosslinking, gel formation, carbonized particles and loss of mechanical properties.
- POLYBATCH® AO 25 is the preferred stabilizer system for blown film, profile extrusion where the processing temperature does not exceed 280°C.
