Solplus™ D565 by Lubrizol is a 50% active polymer in methoxy propyl acetate. Acts as a dispersing agent. Improves productivity and shortens dispersion time. Offers improved wetting & excellent storage stability and lowers dispersion viscosity. Used for dispersion of inorganic pigments (2 mg) and high filler or flame retardant loadings such as titanium dioxide (1-3%), ATH and calcium carbonate into elevated temperature cured unsaturated polyester resins for SMC/BMC. Typical dosage of Solplus™ D565 is 1% depending on the weight of fillers. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
