LUVOBATCH® PE BA 5821

LUVOBATCH® PE BA 5821 by Lehmann & Voss is an endothermal blowing agent. It offers shorter cycle times, streaking reduction, decorative effects, avoidance of post-inflation, safe dosage and good dispersion. It is a dust-free, low-cost masterbatch with very fine cell structure. It exhibits controlled foaming process, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties and shock absorbing properties.

• It provides prevention of sink marks during injection molding.
• It is used in cast film-, blown film-, pipe-, sheet extrusion and TSG applications.
• It has higher dosing quantities compared to exothermic TMs.
• It is suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), polystyrene (PS), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and others.
• Recommended dosage level of LUVOBATCH® PE BA 5821 is 0.5 to 15%.
• It is approved for food packaging.
