LUVOBATCH® EV BA 9525

LUVOBATCH® EV BA 9525 by Lehmann & Voss is an exothermic blowing agent. It is a dust-free, low-cost masterbatch in granulate form. It exhibits controlled foaming process, good dispersion, improved heat & noise insulation, better dielectric properties, and shock absorbing properties.

• It provides low dosing, constant gas distribution and possibility of higher weight reduction.
• It is suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
• It is used in blown film-, cast-, pipe-, cable- & sheet extrusion and TSG applications.
• It offers decorative effects, reduction of cycle time through reduction of melt viscosity and prevention of sink marks.
• Recommended dosage level of LUVOBATCH® EV BA 9525 is 0.2 to 2%.
