Adiprene Green prepolymer line

Adiprene Green prepolymer line is a range of bio-based, methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) polyether prepolymers by Lanxess. It is a replacement for fossil based polyether prepolymers and in comparison offers similar reactivity profile and demolding time. Designed to manufacture highly durable polyurethane (PU) elastomers and forms PU components with reduced carbon dioxide footprint upto 20-30 %. These line of products are easy to handle/process, allows hand/machine-mixing and can be processed with Vibracat catalysts. Adiprene Green prepolymer line is suitable for roll covers, wheels and press sleeves or non-pneumatic tires.
