Addolink® B is 1,4-butane diol. Acts as a crosslinking agent for the production of polyurethane elastomers (hot- and cold-curing cast systems) and of integral skin foams. The reaction between Addolink® B and isocyanates leads to the formation of the hard polyurethane segments. The rapidity with which these hard segments are formed in the reaction mixture reduces the demolding time. Its use also affects the physical properties of the finished product. It has a shelf life of 24 months.
