Blue KT-FD39 by Kolortek is a mixture of polyester-3 (98-99%) and ultramarine blue (1-2%). It is a special effect fluorescent pigment. It is much brighter and is noticed much faster than normal colors. Blue KT-FD39 offers an extensive 'easy in use' product portfolio. Used in plastics.
