PALMERA Capric Acid (C10=99%) by KLK OLEO is derived from renewable vegetable oils. It can be converted to fatty alcohol esters to use as plasticizers where it improves the low-temperature flexibility of vinyls. It can be mixed with diesters of 1,4-butanediol for use as a plasticizer for vinyl resins (eg PVC). It is used in the production of methyl caprate, a lubricant in the plastic industry. It is HALAL and KOSHER certified. PALMERA Capric Acid is produced in a GMP & HACCP certified facility.
