KANE ACE® PA-101 by Kaneka is a low molecular weight acrylic polymer. It acts as a processing aid which enhances the metal release properties of PVC based formulations. It has fine particle size distribution that enhances dispersion properties and efficiency. Recommended for blow molded containers with 0.25–0.50 phr, extruded profiles with 0.25–0.50 phr, calendered sheet and extruded film with 0.5-1.0 phr and injection molded parts with 0.5 phr usage level.
