Calcium carbonate filled LLDPE based masterbatch. It provides satisfactory opacity, whiteness and brightness in final product, reduces cost by replacing the equivalent amount of polymer and improves productivity & performance. It can be used with both HDPE & PP and shows excellent performance even in adverse conditions. Used to develop woven sacks bag by applying the reinforcing properties of ultrafine Calcium Carbonate & carrier resin with higher M.F.I. to provide the better mechanical properties to tape & woven sacks bags. Sivathene A-Aid is added along with the polymer to prevent the fibrillation of tapes manufactured in Raffia tape line. It has been recommended for low and high denier raffia and molding applications up to 50% as per end product.
