IP1170

IP1170 by Ingenia is a non-PFAS, polyethylene-based processing aid masterbatch. Designed to eliminate melt fracture and improves processing for polyolefin formulations.

• It uses a non-fluorinated process aid and is not formulated with any per- or polyfluoroalkyl substances.
• Suitable for LDPE, LLDPE & HDPE film and molding applications.
• Used for sheet extrusion, blown- and cast film.
• It contains no animal based ingredients and provides similar performance to 2nd and 3rd generation fluorine based PPA masterbatches.
• It replaces fluorine based PPA MBs, lower back pressure and improve throughput.
• It eliminates die lip build up while maintaining high clarity, impact strength, coefficient of friction and sealant properties.
• May be used to meet the requirements of Title 21 of the U.S. FDA.
• The usage level of IP1170 is 1-4%.
