IP1065

IP1065 by Ingenia is a pellet formulation containing a slip agent. It exhibits general purpose slip behavior. It is designed for use in LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film applications where a reduction in coefficient of friction is required. It reduces the coefficient of friction slowly after extrusion and maintains this effect over time as erucamide continuously migrates to the surface to replace what is lost. It is used in applications such as sheet extrusion, blown- and cast-film. It is also capable of withstanding temperatures of 220°C without significant degradation during processing. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. It does not contain animal-based ingredients. IP1065 complies with Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG.
