INBIO® ITZ-580 by Ingenia is a process aid masterbatch. It is a specially formulated masterbatch designed to improve aesthetics in bio-polyester blended films. The Films produced from a blend of PLA and PHA often exhibit
obvious die lines and uneven clarity. It works to eliminate the appearance of die
lines and homogenizes the film’s translucency. It maintains the clarity in PHA/PLA blended films. It is suitable for use in compostable polyester film applications. It is recommended to use it at a letdown ratio of 1-3%. It is used in blown- and cast-films. It is free from dispersion aids, waxes or stearates. It does not contain animal-based ingredients. INBIO® ITZ-580 complies with Title 21 of the US FDA and CONEG.
