TIMREX® PP 10

TIMREX® PP 10 by Imerys is a natural graphite-based filler. It is available in the form of flakes. It has low friction, is chemically inert and shows the absence of inherent abrasiveness. It exhibits high thermal conductivity, thermal stability and electrical conductivity. It has film-forming ability on metal surfaces and has a relatively inoffensive nature of both powders and products of combustion. It improves wear resistance, deformation strength and reduces thermal expansion in PTFE. TIMREX® PP 10 is suitable for polymer composites such as self-lubricating polymers and thermoplastics.
