XAREC™ S124 by Idemitsu Kosan is a light weight, 15% glass fiber filled syndiotactic polystyrene (SPS) grade with good flowability. It is suitable for processing by injection molding.
  • It offers improved chemical-, heat-, hydrolysis- and hot water resistance.
  • It offers good electrical, moldability and dielectric properties.
  • It provides high strength, low specific gravity, dimensional stability, and low water absorption.
  • XAREC™ S124 can be used for food contact applications.
  • It complies with UL 94 HB flame rating and FDA approved.
