FR-513 (TBNPA) by ICL Industrial is a reactive flame retardant containing 73% aliphatic bromine. As tribromoneopentyl alcohol, it combines a high bromine content with exceptional stability, and is particularly suitable where thermal, hydrolytic and light stability are required. High solubility of FR-513 (TBNPA) in polyurethane systems increases effectiveness as a reactive flame retardant for polyurethanes.
