Hydral® 710 by Huber Engineered Materials is a halogen-free, flame retardant and smoke suppressant for thermoset and thermoplastics. It is based on aluminum trihydroxide having an extra-fine, uniform median particle size. Compatible with a full range of paper processing pH levels (4-10) as well as other paper fillers and chemicals. Improves arc-track resistance in many plastics used in electrical applications. When used as fillers, it increases the opacity and brightness of text and cover papers. Hydral® 710 has a lower Einlehner abrasivity for paper applications.
