YS-22G by Guangzhou Yinsu Flame Retardant New Material is a non-halogenated environmentally friendly flame retardant masterbatch. It has the advantages of small additive amount, good thermal stability, excellent mechanical properties, good color, low burning smoke density and high CTI value. It is used for high temperature resistant nylon, PA6, PA66, PBT, PET, PPE, TPU, etc. It can reach V-0 grade (UL94, 0.2~3.2mm) by adding between 10% and 18% proportion. YS-22G can be used alone or in combination with nitrogen-based flame retardants such as MPP and MCA.
