PPAP-31 by Guangzhou Yinsu Flame Retardant New Material is a phosphorus and nitrogen co-efficient non-halogenated flame retardant, which has excellent carbon formation effect when combined with different substrates PP/PE/elastomers, etc. It has good thermal stability, high flame-retardant efficiency, halogen free, little effect on mechanical properties of materials, low smoke and non-toxicity.
- It is not subject to the restriction of RoHS and REACH.
- It is used for flame retardant modification of PP, PE and other polyolefins, and can reach UL94-V0 level.
- It can also pass the test for aging under conditions of 85°C temperature and 85% humidity for 1,000 hours.
- It should not be used in combination with alkaline materials such as calcium carbonate and hydroxide.
- It is suitable for the flame-retardant modification of polyolefin materials such as PP homopolymers and copolymers, PVC, high- and low-density PE, ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers and other polyolefin materials.
