Moonshine® Ultra Brazen Blue Shimmer by Glassflake is a special effect interference pigment containing calcium sodium borosilicate (69-80 wt%), tin oxide (0-1 wt%), ferric ferrocyanide (3-4 wt%) and titanium dioxide (17-26 wt%). It is based on thin borosilicate glass flake which has an average thickness of 1.2 microns and is coated with high refractive index metal oxides and colorants. It may be used in industrial applications up to 180°C. Moonshine® Ultra Brazen Blue Shimmer offers transparency, strong color combined with interference effect. It is used in polymers. It is listed on TSCA, EINECS/ELINCS, DSL, AICS, ENCS, KIEC, ECL, IECSC, NZloc, TCSI, PICCS, Switzerland and CIRS inventories.
