Opacity Pigment™ FP-510

Opacity Pigment™ FP-510 by FP-Pigments acts as an opacifier. It can be used in a wide range of plastics processing equipment including pipe- & profile extrusion and film calendaring. The unique engineered structure improves the efficiency of existing titanium dioxide pigment and enhances its performance, allowing the formulator to optimize the product performance and reduce raw material costs.

• It possesses weatherability and aesthetic properties which exhibit a good initial color and excellent color stability.
• It is recommended for rigid & flexible PVC as a partial replacement for TiO₂ pigment and can easily be incorporated in standard compounding operations.
• The recommended replacement level is between 10-20%.
