Primol™ 382

Primol™ 382 by ExxonMobil is used as a plasticizer, external lubricant for non-plasticized PVC and inert & protective catalyst carrier for polypropylene processes. It is also used as a pigment powder dispersant in master-batch compounding. It provides low volatility and excellent compatibility with polystyrene for optimal performance in general-purpose & high impact PS grades. This grade is purified blend of saturated hydrocarbon. It is obtained from petroleum through purification by catalytic hydrogenation. It offers very good color and oxidative stability. It is suitable for extension of thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) such as SBS, SEBS and SEPS. Primol™ 382 is recommended for food packaging and medical rubber articles such as EPDM & butyl rubber. It meets the requirement of following specifications including USA FDA 21 CFR 178.3620, US regulation (EU) 10/2011, National sanitation foundation, US & European Pharmacopeia.
