Vistamaxx™ 6202FL by ExxonMobil Chemical is a cling agent. It is propylene-based elastomer (PBE). It possesses good elasticity, toughness, flexibility, chemical resistance, very low seal initiation temperature, and high seal strength. It enables potentially lower costs, easy drop-in at lower dosage, superior cling performance, excellent mechanical properties, outstanding optical properties, and improved recyclability. It can reduce energy use through lower temperature processing. Vistamaxx™ 6202FL offers excellent adhesion to conventional or metallocene PP, PE and various polyolefinic substrates. It is suitable for a wide range of cast film, compounding, calendered profiles & sheeting, extruded profiles, sheeting, coating & lamination, injection molding, PP/TPE modification and packaging applications. It may be used in food contact application.
