ULTRASIL® 880 by Evonik acts as a reinforcing agent with medium potential. It is a precipitated silica having very low specific BET surface area. Imparts excellent compression set and extrusion properties to rubber compounds. It allows the production of profiles with low die swell and very smooth surface. It can be used as a partial replacement for titanium dioxide. Designed for mechanical rubber goods. ULTRASIL® 880 is registered with EC 231-545-4, REACH, ENCS, KECI, NZIoC, PICCS, TSCA and DSL.
