Polycat® 77 by Evonik is a tertiary amine catalyst. It is used in all-water-blown TDI or TDI/MDI high resilience (HR) foam and in TDI/MDI- or MDI-based, cold-cure molded polyurethane cushioning foam systems.
- It is also recommended for use in a wide variety of flexible slabstock applications as well as in rigid pour-in-place systems.
- Polycat® 77 enhances the performance of cell opening surfactants.
