Polycat® 58 by Evonik is amine based tertiary catalyst. It is used in flexible
molded foam applications as a co-catalyst in combination with standard catalysts like Dabco® 33-LV and Dabco® BL-11, where additional skin curing is required to facilitate demolding and to improve skin appearance. It is suitable for a cold cure and hot cure flexible molded polyurethane foam systems. Polycat® 58 provides good surface cure.
