Dabco® PE40

Dabco® PE40 by Evonik acts as a processing aid. It is an excellent melamine stabilizer. It allows solid powder to well stabilize in polyols when pre-mixing solid powders and polyols especially in high solid powder adding formulation.

• It also allows solid powder be more uniformly distributed in final foam to improve the foam properties such as getting better CME (combustion modified ether) foams and flame retardant performance for melamine adding slabstock foams formulations.
• It reduces mixing time for blending of powder/ melamine and polyols to save energy power.
• Used in the manufacture of solid fillers adding slabstock foams.
• Typical usage level of Dabco® PE40 ranges from 2.0 pphp.
