Eversorb® 11 by Everlight Chemical acts as a UV absorber in plastics applications. It is based on 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone. It effectively protects PVC and unsaturated polyester resins from UV radiation from sun. It shows solubility in a wide range of solvents. Eversorb® 11 exhibits compatibility with most polymers and imparts less color to the substrate.
