LUXAN K271 by Eckart is a free-flowing pearlescent pigment with luster effect interference green. It comprises of platelets of glass flakes. It creates greater optical transparency than is possible with conventional pearlescent pigments. It provides color intensity owing to homogeneous surfaces and intensive glitter effect. It is used in plastics and food packaging. LUXAN K271 has a shelf life of 120 months.
