Versatic™ Acid 10 by DKSH is a synthetic, sterically hindered carboxylic acid with a long and highly branched alkyl chemical structure. It is also known as neodecanoic acid. It can be used as a viscosity modifier and offers high resistance to chemicals, oxidative compounds and thermal conditions.
  • It is used primarily used as an intermediate to make polyesters and chemical products.
  • It is hydrophobic and non-polar and has a branched neo structure & low pKa.
  • Versatic™ Acid 10 offers lubricity, low surface tension and excellent hydrolytic stability.
  • It is used in PVC heat stabilizers, chemical processing catalysts and unsaturated polyester cure catalysts.
  • It has a shelf of 3 years.
  • It is available in Indonesia.
