Uvasorb® HA19

Uvasorb® HA19 by DKSH is a monomeric high molecular weight tertiary hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). It is particularly effective as light and long term heat stabilizer for plastics. It is particularly efficient in thin layer applications such as PA, PET and PP fibers.
  • It exhibits low volatility, minimal migration rate, high gas fading resistance, high extraction resistance, high thermal stability preventing decomposition and volatilization even at elevated temperatures.
  • It possesses high antioxidant activity and high contribution to long term heat stabilization of polymers.
  • It shows high compatibility and synergism with a broad range of additives used in polymer formulation.
  • It is highly effective and recommended for the UV stabilization of polyolefins (PP, PE), olefin copolymers and blends with EVA, EAA, EVOH, EPDM, SBS, SEBS, SIS and EPR.
  • Uvasorb® HA19 is also suitable for polyacetals (homo and copolymers), polyamides (6-6,6-12), polyesthers, polymethylmethacrylathes, polyurethanes, styrenics and flexible & rigid PVC and PVDC.
  • Recommended dosage level is 0.10-1.0 for thin section (PP fibers), 0.10-0.50 for thick section (PP) and 0.20–0.50 for thick section (styrenic polymers-ABS).
  • It is available in China, Belgium, Indonesia and India.
