Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-412

Silicone Masterbatch LYSI-412 distributed by DKSH is a silicone masterbatch widely used as an efficient additive for PE compatible resin system. It is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra-high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). It enhances stability compare with traditional processing aid or lubricants.

• It improves the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability, mold filling & release, less extruder torque, lower coefficient of friction, greater mar, scratch and abrasion resistance.
• It also improves surface quality like surface slip, faster throughput and reduces product defect rate.
